Q. What is the admission fee?
A. We do not have an admission fee. We are a pay to play facility.
Q. Do you have to have kids to come in?
A. No. There are plenty of attractions for the adults too. Mini Bowling, Laser Tag, Arcade, Axe Throwing, Restaurant and Full Bar are available to our adult guests.
Q. Do you run Everyday specials?
A. Yes.We have specials every day: All day jump and $10 game card for $18: 16" two topping pizza, 4 drinks and a $25 game card for $39.99: 3 laser tag games for $20; laser tag game and $10 game card for $15: and many more.
Q. Do you offer fundraising?
A. Absolutely. We have 3 different levels to choose from. Let us know what date/time you want to have the event Monday thru Thursday. You promote it through your organization, school, church, ect. Everyone that comes in for the event, we donate 20% of total sales (alcohol not included). It's that easy.
Q. How much is a party?
A Our kids party package is $209 plus tax. Food, drink, & attractions can also be added to your package. With the party booking, we do offer our 16" one topping pizzas @ $11.99. We also offer discounts for multiple attractions purchased. We also offer adult/teen parties, corporate parties, class reunions, wedding receptions, and organizational outings.
Q. Can we bring our own food?
A. Yes and no. You can bring your own cake only if you book a party with us. If you would like to purchase additional food like pizza, sodas, we have those available for purchase at our facility. No other outside food or drink may be brought into the facility.
Q. What are the rules for the deposit?
All party packages require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Deposit goes toward the final bill.
Q. Do we need socks to play in the facility
Yes, we require socks for playing in our facility. No shoes or bare feet are allowed on playgrounds or the inflatables. Socks can be purchased for $1.25 a pair.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are conveniently located at 105 Hwy A Wentzville, MO 63385. Stop by any time!
Q. When should we arrive for our party?
A. If you've booked a party/room, we recommend that you show up a few minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and escorted to your party room. You have the party table/room & hostess for 1 hour. Once the party time is over you may sit out in the general seating area.
Q. What should I expect during my party?
A. It's our goal to make your party the best party possible. We provide a host that will take care of everything for you...from going over what to expect, and keeping the party flowing by escorting you from one party location to the next attraction, table, etc.). Our hosts will work hard for you. Need something...just ask!
Q. To tip or not to tip?
A. Our party hosts work extremely hard for you. If you're happy with the service that our staff has provided, our party hosts would truly appreciate your gratuity. Whatever you decide, fear not, we are committed to providing you with the best party possible.
Q. Our school is looking for a fundraiser and wants to know if you can help?
A. We get this request OFTEN! Call us at 636-887-4244 so we can discuss your specific needs. We have 3 different levels to choose from. In general, we donate 20% of all gaming, jumping, food, & beverage to your charity when your participants provide us with a flyer stating that they are with you. You must 1st schedule a night(s) for us to be prepared.
Q. How much does it cost to participate in Axe Throwing at Playtime?
A. 2throwers-$50 with 2 games of bowling included: 3+ throwers is just $20 per person for 1 hr of Axe Throwing or $35 per person for 1 1/2 hours of Axe Throwing and a $10 game card included. A safety brief is required before you throw. $40 deposit is due upon reservations.
Q. Do I have to reserve to throw axes?
A. Yes it is encouraged to make a reservation as we must provide an Axe Master to teach you the art of throwing. It is also encouraged to guarantee you and your guests get to throw together. If we have availability, we will certainly do our best to get you in.
Q.Can our group pay separately to throw axes?
A. Yes, however everyone must call 636-887-4244 to pay in advance of the reservation being complete. Please have a name for the group or a common representative so we can group you together.
Q. What should we wear to throw axes?
A. Closed toe shoes are a must, no exceptions: loose fitting clothing so you can have full range of motion during throwing.
Q. What if we are late for our reservation to throw axes?
A.Because of other reservations the times are preset. You will just have less time to throw axes.
Q. Are waivers required to throw axes?
A. Yes. You will be required to sign before you throw.
Q. Can we bring our own Axe?
A. No. We provide them for you. We have several to choose from.
Q. Is there a minimum for a reservation to throw axes?
A. Each target can hold up to 6 -8 guests. We have 2 targets.
If you do not have 6 in your group, that's ok. You will share a lane with other guests.
Q. Can I reserve a private lane for less than 6 to throw axes?
Yes, however to keep it "Private" you will be required to reserve all six guest spots.
